What is your check-in en check-out policy?

During High season we only rent on a weekly basis changing every Saturday. Check-out will be 1100 hours in the morning and check-in at 1500 hours. During low season you can check-in on all days of the week from 1500 hours. Check-out in the low season is at 1200 hours.

How do I get the key to my accomodation?

You will be met at your accommodation by us where we will give you your keys to your accommodation as well as a house tour to familiarize you with all aspects of your accommodation.

Will I need to put down a deposit on my villa rental?

We would like to receive a deposit 0f 25% within one week after you booked on our website.

What are the cancellation fees?

Cancellation outside of 60 days of arrival will result in a cancellation fee of 25% of the gross rental price.

Who do I contact in the event I have a problem at the bungalow or villa?

Our property manager is living at the property and is available round the clock to respond to any problem you might have at your accommodation. You will be supplied with his contact information, along with other important local phone numbers.

Can I reserve the same villa for the same time next year if I like it?

If you would like to reserve the same villa for the same time next year, we strongly encourage you to rebook that villa with us as soon as you return.

Do you offer also long stay arrangements?

You can rent a bungalow or villa for a longer period during the low season (November till March): the minimum stay is one month.  If you would like to know more about this option please contact us and we will give you a special offer.

Do you give a discount when we book more then 1 accommodation?

For larger groups or families we give a nice discount if you book more then 1 accommodation during the same period. Please contact us and we will give you the special group discount.

What is included?

In the middle of the week (on the 3rd or 4th day) your accommodation will be cleaned and you will get new towels. Upon request we can give you new bedlinnen. Also air conditioning, satellite tv and free WIFI is included.
